Hi, I’m Carlos Rosario and I’m the owner and home inspector of Blueprint Home Inspections. I started this business because I care about people having all the information they need to make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Having been immersed in the property management and construction industries for nearly a decade, I have seen all aspects of homes at their best and at their worst.
As a home inspector, I put my knowledge and experience to work for you. I know what the systems and components I inspect are supposed to look like, and how to spot the signs that something needs further investigation. The inspection report you will receive within 48 hours of the inspection serves as a valuable blueprint for deciding if the property is going to be a worthy investment for you and your family.

My business is all about you – my client. My job isn’t finished until you have a strong grasp on all the items in my inspection report and all your questions have been answered. I encourage you to be present at the inspection, but if that’s not possible we can discuss your inspection report over the phone. Even months after you have received the report, as your home inspector I am happy to answer further questions. I offer flexible scheduling even on evenings and weekends to best meet the availability of all my clients.
As a Central Valley local, I am honored to serve its residents with top quality inspections that improve their real estate experience. When I’m not conducting home inspections, I enjoy taking my wife and three kids on outdoor adventures and working on welding and woodworking projects.
